Return & Refund Policy
All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.
Refunds and returns
We do not accept any refunds, returns, or exchanges once an item is purchased and or shipped. All sales are final.
We do not issue the refund if
Your order doesn't arrive due to the factors with your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address). Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or in cases where the wrong item was shipped to you. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
